It’s corporate execution and communication, not Shorts. Plus constant Note conversions since September 2021….and previous insiders now with unrestricted shares.

This spin-out and owning 2 audited pubcos is a great investment opportunity if explained to the investment community via PRs and a shareholder webcast - not tweets.

German seems to be a great operational CEO. The pubco is similar to a separate company. Both need to be run efficiently & effectively. IMO
