EMGE added some more this morning. Okay now that I got a few minutes I believe this dilution is coming from the 100 million shares that were issued out of the 800 million share debt conversion which they cancelled 700 million shares. Remember they said 100 million shares were already issued.

Look at the debt cancellation filing. Notice it said 100 million shares were already issued. Whoever received those shares is probably dumping them on the open market now. If I am correct about this then we should see this dilution come to an end soon.

Hopefully management will address this with a PR with an explanation and when it will be finished.

Good luck everyone! I believe this will be a really good stock. Even with an OS of 400 million, or even 500 million shares we are still Golden here in my opinion!
