This is actually great for Seafarer. Seafarer can give access to like technology at a lower cost point. The market place has choices.

I would have to see data for 8000 meters. The deepest to ever be drilled in the ocean is going to be attempted this year at 6,750 feet. That is a long way from 8000M. At that depth the environment is 400 F. It makes me wonder why they would promote an impossible solution. Is it maybe to hook the sheep? Coincidentally, the sea floor drill attempt was featured in the WSJ yesterday. You must hold them to the same standard as SFRX, ground truth the evidence. I am skeptical, and BTW, I have heard similar pitches that came up with a nothing burger. Also, that article is a little stale any recent news?”
