Drove past Sandpiper Bay on Sunday while visiting my friend in Stuart. Parking lot had lots of vehicles, loads of Altitude Academy kids playing Volleyball on 5 sand courts, golf course had plenty of activity going on. I would say IMHO business is good with revenue coming in! That made me smile. It’s a guarded compound so couldn’t gain access to view “leaky roofs” so any statements there are considered Prove it or Dont state it!!!

Happy with my investment, especially when I can see cash being spent at this fine establishment.

Would like to get some management updates as to where things are.
