What people dont seem to understand is. That 14 million of shareholders money allowed the CEO to buy a Restaurant and Brewery. Problem is they are both under a different business name. "Sackets Harbor Anchor Inc." So for 14 million all shareholders got was a beer recipe. None of the restaurant or brewery sales go to KEGS
