You and I know there are black money pools. This is a candidate for them as the selling for capital is discounted(93%) so the lower the more shares to the casual observer. But the caviar is they can't hold note than 5% of float at any time. So the pps should not be affected by the acquiring company. But the black money buys short and drives down the price while no info or direction given
