Sure, but there are gambles where the house has a slight edge over skilled players - like Blackjack, and there are gambles with astronomical odds - like Powerball.

Akanda may have seemed like a reasonable bet for players unfamiliar with Halo's cheating, but I knew the game was rigged and would never pay out the top prizes.

Maybe it's possible at these levels for players to jimmy open the change box and score a few cents, but double-dealing and loaded dice ensures the speedboat and sports car will only be awarded to insiders.

OTC is a rigged game overall. If you want better odds, buy a state lottery ticket.
