Also have to consider of the 4 mil free floating, insiders likely own some of those in addition to the restricted between the float and the O/S. There is little in retail here. That's why 1 million shares traded sent it to $1.95 pretty quick. We know what the pps should be considering the new contract, the many years in existence and the links to Spacex and Virgin. It's mind blowing this stock doesn't trade $10.00+. A tender offer to buy ETCC would be much higher than the current pps. Quite obvious.
