- what is the end goal for Seafarer? Share price appreciation? nasdaq uplisting? share dilution until the game ends?
- what is the investment made by the affiliates? What expertise do they add to assist in executing the strategy? what are their ROI expectations?

- alternate revenue streams don’t materialize
