From a fundamental POV you are absolutely correct!

MGUY should be trading at $.40-.50 at a bare minimum based on current revenues of around $70M.

However, I'm trying to look at MGUY from a chartist perspective. Unfortunately, charts do not always predict the future accurately. Sometimes you have to wait several days (or even longer) for a meaningful pattern to develop.

Of course, many times OTC charts are difficult to analyze by any means.
