* Hire motivated personnel, expect to have to train them.
* Have a proven product, your own or licensed one to start
* Buy machines. Off the shelf preferred above bespoke.
* Gather support
* Source your raw materials
* Design layout, utilities
* Choose contractors
* Get clients

Expect pitfalls and roadblocks along the way.

If you hire someone who has been down this path a few times before, some of the pitfalls and roadblocks will be avoided, certainly not all!

But when you've been there before you know how to climb out of the pit and how to go around the roadblock.
