Looked like someone was bidding that amount at .90 before (I saw it for a little) and then it seems like someone else say that and out it in for a sale thinking they would get filled and the bid was canceled so it sell went on the ask.

Or someone is transferring shares between accounts

Who really know.

I picked up another 900 today
