This “ company” , mysterious and evasive , is working out of a shack in a rural florida strip mall it looks like . Used to be in Orlando florida in a real office . Now a shell office . Next stop , a storage unit ?? All the while stringing everybody along . At least the SEC is on to these silly penny stocks and demanding they behave responsibly . That’s why this shell of a company is sidelined , put in time out , TKO really . Well deserved I think . They’ve been lying to us all these years . Never a follow up on their repeated shortcomings .. as far as buying stock back ??? Was that ever truly gonna happen .. their buyback was you buying and them selling I’d bet
