They didn't actually invest their own money (in those particular form 4 transactions). Those were annual payments-in-lieu of salary (in shares). I was also thrown off by their late recording dates; these usually (historically) have occured in December of the preceding calendar year.

It's still not a bad thing that insiders are taking shares instead of cash. The monthly chart setup, reset RSI, and insignificant retracement on this pullback are all highly bullish signals; this ticker is going big places throughout this year on all time scales (imo).
