Not really sure, but if the SOL is expired it would benefit VCSY since Lakeshore is the plaintiff going after the money lent to VCSY. You can't access the case documents on trellis unless you pay and I'm not willing to put another penny towards this failed investment, so I'm just watching the filing updates that can be viewed for free.
