Driving without a license is now punishable by sentences of 5 years imprisonment? You seem very interested in defending Mr. Jenkins. Cheating investors out of their money by illegally selling unregistered securities in fake gold mines is not a victimless mine.

I suppose you think that the current promotion by WSRC of a $182 billion gold deposit in Nevada is victimless too......? And perfectly fine?
