An SEC reporter and registered with the SEC are 2 different things.
And yet the two are being conflated over and over and over in a disingenuous attempt to hoodwink the naive into thinking that GVSI's stock is SEC reporting which is a much higher standard than the OTC Pink Alternative Filer that GVSI has had to settle for.
Here is Warren Buffett for example, there is no "Warren Buffet stock" that trades yet he has a CIK number because of his dealings with the SEC.
