He is simply saying spreading lies that he is a con man, a complete failure to deliver the goods, unable to complete a project IS OVER.

HE CARES LESS WHAT IS SAID ABOUT HIM AND HIS COMPANY BECAUSE HE HAS DELIVERED THE GOODS.

He no longer has to worry about protecting his good name by the lies, misinformation and fake news that been spread about him the last several years.
