If Catalent is actually interested, IF, they would probable be more inclined to pay .30 a share with some type of agreement to pay bonuses or royalties or some type of future benefit for the existing Mymetics Executive Management should something come of the assets.

Even at that it would be a good deal for shareholders and the Exec's.
