It would be better to straight up dilute at this point instead of having that Reg A. At least with dilution the PPS can fluctuate and go up. Not so with the Reg A. Management is literally advertising the upper limit of the PPS. And is willing to add 3.8 billion shares at the fire sale price of .0005. Dumb. Really dumb.
