Seems like the SEC is in bed with CDEL


The same SEC that GVSI failed to get registered with along with its bloated share structure of 7 billion AS and 2.4 billion OS which makes it a far less attractive shell for any company wanting to merge in.

I don't see any large or respectable company merging with this disaster of a shell.
