It's a good thing this new republican, conservative party now needs government in every part of their lives. But didn't they have an objection to vaccinations when the covid pandemic shut down the American economy, and most of the world. Amazing how Republicans flip back and forth from day to day, and issue to issue. The last administration, a republican named trump wanted to get rid of government interference with railroad regulations that kept these trains safe. Now they had no concern about safety until an accident happens, and then they want to find fault with the government. Maybe Capitalism does not work well when you have to be responsible for have a train accident that has destroyed so many American lives.
