We're good. But I must admit, in my haste to share the news, I overlooked an important detail that Bigger had brought to my attention. The S-1 is now 30 days overdue. As a result, the company has provided the S-1 participants with additional shares and warrants. Bigger's filing reflects that, and that Weimann no longer hold stock. (Prev 500k shares)

And yes, Bigger's tweet has certainly brought more attention to this stock.
