There was once upon a time an indirect link between GNCP and BRLL via AMLM.

On 3/4/2021, BRLL signed an MOU with AMLM for Lithium Battery Production Facilities. An MOU is an understanding versus a contractual agreement. The current status of the BRLL-AMLM MOU is unclear.

On 3/21/2022, GNCP entered into an Earn-In Agreement with AMLM for Silverpeak Lithium. However, the GNCP-AMLM Agreement might NOT be in effect due to past-due payments called for in the agreement.
