EXPL could find and salvage the Primary Target or the Black Marlin, and it likely wouldn’t trade, but that means nothing to shareholders.

EXPL tried the OTC, but it’s 99.9% pump and dump.

It’s a better fit for SFRX. Some here have even said they don’t care if they make money off of fraud…..ie Torres.
