After a bit of digging...it would appear that the key to Long Play Inc which has a long history of rejiggering its structure and now resides in the hands of C3 Holdings LLC....which resides Pure Greens LLC (principal per LI EVP Georgeann Koch Craig) the only current licensee about to require renewal in April '23 which controls their7 dispensaries (retail) as PG Retail I and the cultivation/mfg/cpg side as PG Grow II. I can find no record for the Linked In CEO in the CO database, ie, Davison. A bit frustrating. Maybe I'm not searching well.

Hmm. With the recent FDA decision re enhanced hemp products synthesized THC Delta 8/9s as to be regulated, does this disrupt or impede what is otherwise a large operation in a free retail market outside of the confines of a cannabis dispensary, e.g., grocer/coffee supplier for their hemp brands? After the question about why broadcast our counsel's background in another Colorado vertical, I thought I'd try to run this to ground a bit more as an fyi here if the tea-leaves are pertinent. Do lawyers also perform due diligence? I can't predict, but I think the Willie's Reserve brand from a nationwide view has the wow in name factor recognition.
