I think the problem is worse than that

Until we get news of some major contracts

Even if PCT announced a contract of substance, very few would believe it. All the PRs use wishy/washy language, never to the point with clear specifics

Their history of alleged significant transactions have been revealed to be a farce (see 1m gals annual contract for example)

It will take more than just news about something that sounds great. Most will require to see it in SEC financial reporting

Even the $400k cvt note at above market prices PR was a farce too, misleading investors the funding at above market was a great vote of confidence in PCT.. leaving out the $0.001 shares RBC picked up which wasnt disclosed in the PR, but buried in the next SEC filing

Once total credibility is lost, nobody is going to fall for any stories or news from PCT without rock solid evidence and confirmation that can be believed
