Why does the relisting depend on the lawsuits? My understanding is they had to get their financials up to date and audited. So why aren't they doing that? It seems it's more important to get the so-called "business" running than it is to slap Wade's hands. What good is Wade's stock when it's worthless? All that they really need to be working on is the Now Solutions revenue, which VCSY owns 3/4 of anyhow. Where does it go?
