Berman's lawyer is no longer with the lawfirm that he was working for at the time of engagement and has switched to another firm. His departure from that firm seems to have coincided loosely with the events at issue here. Whether this is pure co-incidence or if not, which event precipitated which is not yet apparent to me and may never be!



I was not aware of this fact. What gets my attention is the timing and the fact that you have Berman up to his old tricks at the same time.

If what you say is true, and I have no reason to believe it is not. It is not uncommon for the partners to turn to one another and ask Berman's attorney to leave quietly, before making it known that they screwed up. Example, a client doing wrong with the DOJ by writing ghost letters and learning about it after the fact.

Yes, there is something more at play here IMO.
