Was yesterday’s news the reason the earnings CC was delayed two weeks? Or was it delayed by Price Waterhouse needing a little extra time? 2023 will definitely be a down year, but FFO should be around $1.30. My guess is they will maintain the dividend, but it will be the first year in a long time with no increase. The trading range for 2023 should be around $11.50 to $15. Selling puts and calls outside of this range should work.
