Not Boogeymen, just people that are in a position to put themselves first in line for buying or selling stocks. Who wouldn't buy shares at .0001 if they were sure they could sell them at .0002 for a quick profit? Even if it's only 5 or 10 millions shares a day it's a nice side job.

If someone tries to convince you to buy a stock they usually have a personal agenda to do so. Not because they are concerned about you making money but about convincing you to buy so they can make money. Same is true for those yelling sell.
