Per today’s PR, the RegA will be repriced at $3.00. There will be no shares sold in the RegA between now and when the RegA is repriced at $3. Which may take a few weeks.

There will be a LOT of information released via PR, here as well as the Ronn Motor twitter handle over the next few weeks and months. There will be a name change as well as ticker symbol change. The ticker has been reserved for Ronn Motor. “Ronn” will be the new co. name $LPHM
