It’s definitely being manipulated, someone(s) wants to keep the PPS between .30 and .35. I assume whoever is doing it, is trying to load cheap shares. It’s pretty thinly traded so it’s easy to manipulate. They’ll let it go one of these days and we’ll all reminisce about when APSI was only .30.
