Can you believe that VPLM's RBR is now actually getting this level of professional jurisprudence after the Koh/NDCA appeals court debacle? I'm STILL in disbelief and pissed over that.

It just sickens me what happens in our court systems and what moronic judges (Koh and the likes) get away with without any accountability. And unfortunately, that complete lack of accountability runs all the way up to and through our US Supreme Court.

Regarding today, if that argument was the only debate/gripe AMZN had, then I'd say VP had another HUGE Markman win today. And, that would make sense as to why the needed appearance of a sell-off, a complete act of desperation IMO. Just like the crap TMobile is pulling now.

I would say with today's price fluctuation/activity, we now KNOW the defendants are trying to manipulate our stock price. And, it's out of their desperation!
