And to be explicit, I'm not making a prediction either way. As I've explained, even if Sharp couldn't serve one or more defendants, he can simply drop them and avoid any delay. All he needs is to serve the two defendants that own 280M shares, IMO.

It's simply the fact that we don't know that makes it a "risk." If I didn't have shares, I'd be buying at $0.02 without any hesitation. But since I already have shares, I'm trying to average down and would prefer missing out on a good entry to bagging myself even more.

All that said, once share cancellations are over the price will be above $0.02, so even if the price goes down temporarily it is still a good buy IMO. For once I agree with you.
