I DO respond to those who fail to understand, or repost misrepresentations of facts - that's what the boards are designed for - NOT just for pennystock pump-promos.

I'd suggest you & K enroll in NYIF classes, but it appears they don't address or understand the requirement for annual filings.

They CLEARLY don't cover 'ethics' in any comprehensible manner.
