The fact that they dropped the ball for months, still haven’t begun the audit… gives me pause as to the alliance ever actually happening .. I believe Matt Dwyer owns the minority share over 49% and as I remember there were legal issues with his employees/him being involved regarding their future, and his crappy leadership …lol.. sitting back observing this new igpk reminded me of the massive pump and dump during the Wisconsin hemp farm p&d.. everyone who questioned Dwyer’s abilities and his press releases were attacked and vilified because ya know greed and profit over truth and fairness
