Looks like an exit. A fast 10% of the float hit the BID.

You must remember, this was an old dead shell not too long ago. Could be a legacy share holder that took the cash for what ever reason.
I mean, who has 40k shares of this? Not many.
BioPharm plays will try ya. These are not for the faint of heart. They suck big time on the wait.

I can’t see dilution. I could be wrong, but dilution is limited to 1% of a 10day volume average. I could be wrong in that. I’ve had CEO tell me they are limited
