Exactly! I was on the phone a CSR at TDA 30 minutes before close the day the r/s went into effect with $COSM. My shares were locked up because they "accidentally" put in a wrong new CUSIP.

I wanted to sell my converted shares but couldn't, as I saw the PPS climb from $11.xx, to $23.xx as I was talking to the guy and then the closing bell rang.

He did offer up that the clearinghouse couldn't get shares. I took that to mean someone bigger than me, lol, was being protected.

Was after the weekend when it finally straightened out. I blame myself, though, for not getting out at around my b/e when I had a chance when the chance appeared. Then watched it sink.

Now sitting 60% upside down....but HODL. lol.

That ticker is another example of a scummy, slimy, scumbucket CEO, imo..
