We were incorporated in Delaware on December 13, 2006 under the name Proteoguard, Inc. and subsequently changed our name to Proteostasis Therapeutics, Inc. on September 17, 2007. On December 22, 2020, we effected a reverse merger, pursuant to which a wholly-owned subsidiary of ours merged with and into Yumanity, Inc. (formerly Yumanity Therapeutics, Inc.), or Yumanity, with Yumanity surviving as a wholly-owned subsidiary of ours. On December 22, 2020, we changed our name from Proteostasis Therapeutics, Inc. to Yumanity Therapeutics, Inc. On December 16, 2022, we effected a reverse merger, pursuant to which a wholly-owned subsidiary of ours merged with and into Kineta, Inc., or Kineta, with Kineta surviving as a wholly-owned subsidiary of ours (such transaction, the “Merger”).
