Amazon, Verizon and T-Mobile are set for jury trial in July (Verizon being the biggest infringer of the 3). Samsung is October, and Huawei should be somewhere around October as well. Amazon jury trial with the RBR patent should be in December or January (not scheduled yet I don’t think).

If the Markman hearing goes in our favor tomorrow, I wouldn’t be surprised if VP starts some new lawsuits in Waco with other companies (RBR patent). You can pretty much count on a two-year process from beginning to end, so might as well start the clock on those.

Google and Facebook trials are currently stayed in NorCal pending the results of what happens in Waco, and you can assume those are gonna take a few more years.
