If this is Emergent's only ticker...

Then how does Milan make money? And what does she spend her days doing? Googling: How to make money with Reverse Mergers? Reddit isn't all that reliable for good information these days.
I wonder what will happen when the bills come due or Emergent runs out of whatever money Livento gave them for NUGN?

Perhaps Emergent is some kind of side-hustle for Milan and she could care less if it takes 10 years to merge it? If it only costs $60 year to keep up with filings I guess she might have time to wait for a billion dollar merger even if it never happens.

Seeing as how Emergent and Milan hide from every question that isn't a statement of how great they are...I guess we'll never know.
