Yes, late last summer, funny, about that time when all new amazing talent joined $BOXS and Note Holders (Insiders) bought Commons on the open Market (SEC Form 3’s), then Insiders Converted all debt to Common Shares leaving BOXS debt-free. Then the DEF14C filed scared crap out traders thus sold deep into subs completely ignoring fact Insiders are holding Commons. I suspect RS will be canceled.

Isn’t supposed to come out last year???
