I guess this means they will have to take down the Acquistion notification off their good news site. GEEZ! I WONDER WHAT'S NEXT, somebody LTAO.
I must address Apple Rush Co., Inc.’s non-payment. We regret to inform you that we were unable to
collect necessary payments, and as a result, Elev8 Hemp is still a subsidiary of Branded Legacy, Inc.
During this time we happen to make the right contacts and are exploring the opportunity to open a
physical coffee shop location with a coffee roaster on site.
We would also like to announce that Reel Skinz, LLC has decided to go in another direction. While
we are disappointed to part ways, we respect their decision and wish them the best of luck in their
future endeavors.
Furthermore, we are pleased to report that our subsidiary, Magic 1 Promotions, LLC, has shown
great revenues in the last two quarters. This is a remarkable achievement, and we are proud of the
team for their outstanding efforts.
As we continue to navigate through these challenging times, we remain steadfast in our
