It’s one share and one warrant at $1.35 basically $0.67 a share. Both shares and warrants are exercisable at $1.35 a two for one deal lol.

DRYS scammed traders with Maxim as the facilitator for many reverse splits and share dumps and warrants before going private. Those traders that got the low on that last reverse split transaction before going private got a 500% return…everyone else caught in the reverse split offering/warrants/Maxim scam all got burned.
