That makes no sense. Somebody without positive intentions for NioCorp would not be an owner of NioCorp shares. And if they are not an owner of shares then they would not be voting no or yes

I don’t like the way shit has unfolded in front of my eyes for the last eight years. But we’re not all as lucky as you to be able to look inside the back door occasionally.

It must be too much to ask after eight years of being imminent to have things laid out on the table prior to me losing 90% of my share count.

If that’s what you call bad intentions then I have bad intentions. But Mark Smith gave those bad intentions to me to relish in.
