LoL! Does these corrupt Naked short Hedgefunds, brokers and MM’s go to court to defend themselves for Nakedshorting? No! they simply pay there small fines compared to all the money they made stealing. A simple internet search will show the Many Nakedshort Finra Fines. Proof is in the fines.
