The merger should be all but complete. This is what you wait for with a shell, a real company to take over the ticker, which after last management got booted, is what this ticker basically became, a shell. Now it's tied to a real company with real revenue and major plans moving forward. Of course there is debt, find a startup without any, but if they do things right, which so far it looks like they have been, debt will be irrelevant when this company takes off.
