Seems like a hostile takeover...

Everyone reacted negatively to the agreement being off with $BIEI but to me it seems to be a play on words.

The name change already occurred.
Therefore Nova Graphene Ballistics ousted the old CEO and most likely was and is buying all these shares sold.

I bought more and will continue to.

Based upon my earlier prediction of this going to Da Nickle I'm in the process of Doubling Up the amount of shares owned. .0018 is ridiculously cheap if what I'm reading is accurate!

Based upon the wording of it appears Nova-Graphene-Ballistics
No longer needed $BIEI or CEO Paul Beasant after the name change. The new CEO is Gabe Vla.
