I believe everything you just said, but taking into consideration those here that seem to have access to them should advise them about some basics of the otc. If they do know, then they are doing this on purpose, and it is not a good sign for us. Just because a company does well for itself doesn't necessarily mean the same for the shareholders. I have been there done that more than once.
